We're a part of a transformation that we all have a responsibility to uphold. As a result of waking up, growing up, and cleaning up, I believe we'll reach a critical mass to achieve our transition.

I had the honor of meeting with Ervin Laszlo a few weeks ago. Not only was this an exciting opportunity to meet with one of the top intellectuals of our times, but a personal milestone to spend time with a kindred spirit.

When diverse groups come together in the co-creation of a movement, who does the movement belong to? What do we call it? How is it guided? And what is necessary for a movement to gain social traction?

Challenges precede transformation and open our minds to creative solutions, and there are a lot of potential solutions brewing in the new year ahead.
