With both of these leaps, no matter if it is through the trough or crest of our evolutionary wave, shifts occur.

I’m wondering how do we all arrive at a place where we can all feel a sense of confidence to take on that steep ascent on our evolutionary wave?

We can be aware of when we need to push ourselves outside of our comfort zones, and close the gap between understanding and taking action in creating our own evolution.
