We will discover that the more we become our best selves, the more alike we become as the group self. No, we won’t lose our individuality in the end, but we just might lose that outdated ego. As a result, we will find the seeds of new habits and original neural wave patterns that can and will be wired into the upgraded software of the mindful leaders of today to lead us on our way.

Evolutionary love is a strong statement against cynicism, separateness and the rugged individualism that are so prevalent today. In the industrialized world, our materialistic society has fomented an “every man for himself” mentality that is the antithesis of evolutionary love. We become what we think and the nature of our relationships, or lack thereof, come about because of our philosophical viewpoints. So if we think we are all separate selves struggling against each other and fighting for limited resources, that is our reality. But if the driving growth of evolution is the force of love, and we apply that to our intentions and our visions, life unfolds on a much different playing field.
What is leadership transformed? We could start by saying it is the emergent model of leadership that taps into the highest potential of our creative capabilities and is driven by our inner spirit. Evolved leaders have the power to visualize future possibilities, not only within, but for social systems as a whole.
Internet Talk Radio host Philip Mereton and Emanuel Kuntzelman discuss how the findings of science are beginning to support the existence of a Karmic field that may accompany, if not shadow, the quantum fields of science.
The transformative movement that is blooming today is a unique and passionate effort. We will find success only if we join together as one and realize that it takes a community in action to bring about the positive change we all envision.
I got the sense that people were grateful for the opportunity to listen to inspiring stories, share their own and feel confirmed and committed to carry on in the future during the Envisioning a World Transformed event. It is with genuine gratitude that I thank everyone responsible for helping with the organization of this event, for attending and above all and most importantly, for finding their vision and making it reality.
We need to find our life’s purpose or life career, as I like to call it. This requires going through a very rigorous examination of our talents, our dreams and the reality of what we are currently doing. At some point each of us must face the question “Are we living the life we are meant to live, or are we doing a great job of fooling ourselves to be comfortable in what we have?”
In other words, the norm up till now has settled on just trying to be a good person, i.e. don’t do harm to others. This is fine, but in our new consciousness we can do better than that. Let’s move beyond the neutrality of not committing bad acts and move into the sense of obligation that we have to commit good acts, and often, and every day to all kinds of people in all kinds of ways.
We need to shed that ego-driven perspective and move into one that incorporates the needs of our entire community. This is a huge step, because we want to be recognized by our achievements and announce our personal enlightenment. In our current materialistic paradigm, it is about ownership, but when it comes to socially based transformation, ownership is a false reality. Our evolution will never belong to any one person.
It is critical that as we experience the spiritual shift in consciousness that we remain balanced mentally. This means remaining present, open and emotionally intelligent. If we are to successfully evolve as spiritual beings, we must be balanced and centered in our psychological perspectives, and by that I mean seeing the other side of the story to enable us to be reasonably sympathetic to the “opposition.”
